Convinced that we need to know the needs and expectations of the insureds, we grilled them to find out their visions on Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) for personal loans.
Thanks to this discussion, we prepared our proposed menu. For instance, do you know that:
- 64% of insureds requested a more customised product?
- 50% of respondents would like to be rewarded for not using their insurance? or
- 70% of the loans are insured through an agency and 30% were insured online.
