Hear ye, hear ye… Notice: our second Insurance Lab Community workshop took placePublished on 04/06/18
After the success of our first workshop, we decided to succumb a second time.
In Spring, insurance and digital representatives from France, Spain and Portugal joined Oney Insurance team to participate in brainstorming work groups on digitalisation, and more specifically on the development of a digital customer journey, that would meet the clients’ needs.
At the end of the day, we had a clear roadmap with the below key points:
- Develop an omnichannel journey
- Have a smooth and straightforward process (time to subscribe or claim, no bug, no crash, etc)
- Provide informative and easy-to-understand contents, that can be found by the client/prospect
- Focus on defining a better claims process
Noticing a lack of transversal communication within Oney subsidiaries, on achievement, news, and insurance projects in different countries, Oney Insurance decided to organise a workshop gathering four of Oney subsidiaries.
Since 1st June, Auchan France is offering our insurance products in all its retail shops. It is the outcome of a collaborative work with our partners: Auchan, Oney Bank and SPB.
Some employees have decided to take part as a team in the Grid Malta, an assault course. Since August, between excel files, business trips and the launch of our new website, the 5 teammates sweat together during intensive trainings to get ready for this event.
After the success of the launch of our Extended Warranty and Damage products sold since June 2017, we can now present you our household coverage on extended warranty for Auchan customers.
A team of employees have decided to organise a small event to raise money for Action For Breast Cancer, a Maltese foundation working hard to lobby for better services and treatment for breast cancer patients.
