Double delight for Auchan
Published on 05/10/17Since 1st June, Auchan France is offering our insurance products in all its retail shops. It is the outcome of a collaborative work with our partners: Auchan, Oney Bank and SPB.
Our programmes allow Auchan clients to peacefully buy new appliances, with the following options:
- Warranty extension: for one, two or three years, according to the goods
- Breakage insurance: for all nomadic devices and small household goods
Auchan Services is now in charge of the claims handling and customers’ information for the warranty extension program. This enables a more direct and suitable interaction for our policyholders.

After the hoverboards and e-scooters insurance program, Oney Insurance designed an insurance to cover bikes and e-bikes in case of material damage or theft. Our team worked with Oney Bank (France) as the broker and SAM as the policies and claims handler.
