Auchan Holding and BPCE: exclusive negotiation for a long-term partnership with Oney Bank
the 18/02/19Beginning of 2019 and after several months of analysis, BPCE and Auchan Holding entered into exclusive negotiations to build a long-term partnership through the acquirement of 50,1 % share in Oney Bank. This project would allow Oney Bank to build a partnership based on strong strategic alignment, powerful complementarity and a long-term vision.
As announced in the recent months, Oney Bank has been conducting discussions that could lead to the signature of a partnership including an opening-up of our capital. The objective is to give Oney Bank the appropriate means to:
- ensure sustainable and autonomous development
- strengthen its offer to better serve our partners and customers
- accelerate the achievement of the corporate project
Who is BPCE?
