Another successful challenge for Oney Insurance warriors
Published on 02/11/17Some employees have decided to take part as a team in the Grid Malta, an assault course. Since August, between excel files, business trips and the launch of our new website, the 5 teammates sweat together during intensive trainings to get ready for this event.
This is now done: helping each other, laughing together, motivating them, bearing each other… the 24 obstacles along the race did not undermine the team and the swan dive at the end was particularly well done by everybody.
Great teambuilding activity + good way to test their limits = motivated for the coming new year.
Of course, the warriors were supported by other Oney Insurance teammates, who came on the day to motivate the team and share this funny time with them.
We are now thinking of the next challenge 🙂

Last month saw Oney Insurance travelling to Milan for its celebrated biennial learning expedition. 30 unsuspecting explorers took to the skies in more ways than one. The purpose of the trip? To explore trends in innovation, human capital, digitalisation and mobility. All this whilst spending time together and building stronger links.

After the hoverboards and e-scooters insurance program, Oney Insurance designed an insurance to cover bikes and e-bikes in case of material damage or theft. Our team worked with Oney Bank (France) as the broker and SAM as the policies and claims handler.
