Allo Houston ? Launch of the Insurance Lab Community !
the 17/08/17Noticing a lack of transversal communication within Oney subsidiaries, on achievement, news, and insurance projects in different countries, Oney Insurance decided to organise a workshop gathering four of Oney subsidiaries. The aim of this workshop was to discuss operational issues and think altogether about actions to take in order to remedy it, which will improve the work and exchanges between the different teams and foster cooperation between them and with Oney Insurance.
Representatives from France, Poland, Spain and Portugal joined those from Malta for a day in March. Two representatives per country were invited to take part in the project and to be ambassadors of their countries. During the day, four topics were defined : Communication, Project Management, Roles & Responsibilities and Operational Issues. Then, actions to undertake and a calendar for their setting up were defined for those topics.
In the light of the enthusiasm and success of this workshop, the team members decided to launch the Insurance Lab Community to develop a better transversal reactivity.
