For many years Oney has been the preferred partner of the Group’s large retailers (Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, Boulanger), but also non-partner brands specialized in e-commerce.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Executive in the Operations Department. This role is integral to the efficient management of various insurance products, including performing technical analysis, assessing claims that exceed TPA delegated authority, and ensuring internal controls. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged with internal stakeholders such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Sales, especially during new product launches and product changes.

The position requires a person willing to learn, exchanges with partners, integrate a team and understand the importance of monitoring the services provided to us by our partners.

Key Responsabilities

→ Manage product operations including claims, compliance, and data integrity.
→ Support KAMs in partner-facing activities with technical input, process guidance, and regulatory compliance advice.
→ Provide detailed analysis for pricing, risk management, and profitability.
→ Monitor product lifecycle and performance, providing periodic reports and recommendations.
→ Handle complaints, litigation support, and coordination with Risk, Compliance & Legal Teams
→ Support steering committees with technical reporting and SLA reviews.
→ Maintain documentation of procedures, manuals, and operational standards.
→ Collaborate in hybrid roles covering product monitoring, technical recalibration, and periodic activity reporting.
→ Leading the projects connected with the Partner Management
